Empower Me! Careers is a site where members can come to find and employers can post their $100K+ positions. Positions are mid-management level and above. No entry level or skilled positions are listed here. In keeping with the theme of empowerment, we accept and advertise high level positions for visitors seeking to take their careers to the next level. You have to think big to play big. Come to play or not at all. By setting the boundaries of $100K or better, it attracts quality candidates (and employers) who are looking to bring bonafide skills to the table and allows employers to be selective. That's a luxury employers cannot find at generalist job sites.
While the site is available for the public to see, members get advanced notice of jobs before they are made public on the website. All positions are reviewed and checked to ensure they meet the $100K+ (base) salary range before being posted. We do NOT offer a resume database nor do we allow employers to search for candidates. The best, most compelling ads and opportunities will attract the right candidates.
Women who use are site are primarily members of the Empower Me! Networks (Empowered Career Woman, Empowered Black Woman, Empowered Latina or Fearless Networking). They are diverse women who have made a committment to professional advancement and development and are serious about their careers. They are usually Mid-Management level through C level candidates earning at minimum $100K per year. They come from a variety of industries, regions, ethnicities, and skill sets. They are a discerning bunch who take their careers seriously and plot out their professional path in a manner that makes sense for them and their agenda. While money is not the only motivating factor for our members, responsibility, job satisfaction and opportunity for growth are the main concerns of these women. And while the site is open to all women (and the public) membership is exclusive and accounts for the viral word of mouth exposure.
Employers who post their jobs here can choose to post a single job or buy a package.
