popular "name brands" to the specialized niche boards,
there is a job posting site at every turn. However, how many can
offer resume filtering, guarantee resumes delivered to your inbox
that fit the criteria for which you seek, or offer you access
to tons of professional African American Women like we can? Not many. So
why spend thousands of dollars and not be sure if your diversity
initiatives or even your search for the right candidates will
be successful?
The beauty of our Career Center is
although our members and most of our visitors are Black Women,
we draw women (and sometimes men) who visit this site from all
ethnicities! We can offer true diversity in our candidates. Diversity is about Total Inclusion. There

Empower
Me! has formed strategic alliances with various corporations to
make available the listing of job and internship opportunities
available at these companies. The companies that have aligned
with us have made a concerted effort to show their support and
commitment to diversity and advancing minority women through the
ranks of their companies. They work hard to help give minority
women a fair chance at reaching their professional goals through
various programs and participation in recruiting events that target
minority women. The companies featured on this site have been
involved with our job fairs and/or formed an alliance to further
implement career advancement, leadership and mentoring programs
for minority women.

How It Works
Jobs are posted for the amount of time you choose. All job postings will be email blasted to our members before they go live on the site. Once posted, the positions will also be posted on our various groups. We ask that you only post genuine positions you have available and are actively seeking to fill. Once your position is filled please let us know so we can take it down. If you have an event such as a job fair, open house, or scheduled appearance, please let us know if you want to include this information in your posting. You may also send an announcement that we will send out to our members. We will not accept postings for MLM (multi-level marketing) or jobs where a candidate needs to pay to join. We will not accept postings without some form of contact method for the candidates to use to apply for or inquire about the opening(s).
