Confidential Filtering

This option is available for companies with confidential positions that prefer candidates contact them through Empower Me! to apply for open positions. Unlike the main stream job sites, we do not sell our database nor access to it.  However, companies choosing this method will have only pre-screened resumes forwarded to them for consideration for specific (management level and above positions). Example: A candidate applying for a position with your company through our Career Center will forward resumes to yourcompanyname@empowerme.org.

$199 for 90 days (or until the position is filler- whichever comes first)

Job Posting Packages

Jobs are posted for 90 days, and we offer a renewal discount of 10% for 60 additional days.

Empowerment Partner Membership

• Your Employer Profile must be a maximum of 300 words, and may include a description of your operation or products, diversity statement, mission and benefits.

• You must complete the Requisition Form to get your account started.

• You can post your open positions online using our job posting form or by email.

• You can submit your company logo through e-mail. We can also download it from your site.

* Free advertising on Social Networking sites, social medial email blasts, blogs, text messaging alerts, as a Featured Employer

* A Membership Certificate that recognizes your commitment to diversity and advancement of minority women in the workplace, and entitles you to preferred pricing on other services

* Rate protection – rates are locked in and the is no increase on your first renewal
