We do not sell our database nor access to it.  However, companies choosing this method will have only pre-screened resumes forwarded to them for consideration. Example: A candidate applying for a position with your company through our Career Center will forward resumes to yourcompanyname@empowerme.org.

Empowerment Partner Membership

  • Your Employer Profile must be a maximum of 300 words, and may include a description of your operation or products, diversity statement, mission and benefits.

  • You must complete the Requisition Form to get your account started.

  • You can post your open positions online using our job posting form or by email.

  • You can submit your company logo on disk or through e-mail. We can also download it from your site.
