Corporate Apparel Guidelines for Women

* Normal interview dress is regarded as a matched skirt or gasp suit or tailored dress

* select a neutral color like black, navy, grey, or camel in a solid or sophisticated pattern such as pinstripe

* Jewellery should be easy. Select something in gold, silver or pearl that's not distracting

* select a shirt or shell in white or light color for conservative careers. If you're in a communication or creative career you are able to add color or pattern to add interest.

* select a neat and well-groomed haircut. If it is long, you might like to consider pulling away from the face.

* ensure the length of your skirt is acceptable, only one in. above your knees

* Keep nails trimmed and neat. Go with a natural nail or a light, delicate nail polish.

* Keep makeup colours neutral and apply with a light hand

* Wear pantyhose if wearing a skirted suit or dress

* Wear comfortable shoes with closed toe and moderate heel ( not more than two inches )

General Rules for everyone:-

* Avoid wearing cologne or scent

* Hair should be clean, neat and in a conservative style

* Shoes should be polished

* Clothing should be clean and pushed

* Carry a pro, leather briefcase to hold all necessities in one place

* If the weather is cold or stormy, make sure you wear a dress coat with a pro look.
